The Travel and Tourism industry offers immense scope of growth for young and committed persons while using their creativity and imagination in the work sphere. A dynamic and booming industry, it is one of India’s largest and most profitable industries and contributes substantially to the foreign exchange earnings of the country.

In 2014, 7.68 million tourists visited India and spent US$20.23 billion. The increase in tourism in India has created many jobs in a variety of related sectors, both directly and indirectly.

Currently the Travel & Tourism directly supports over 23 million jobs (5.5% of total employment). Indian Tourism is thriving, owing to a huge surge in both business and leisure travel by foreign and domestic tourists and is expected to generate approximately US$ 275.5 billion by 2018.

A report published by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) says that by the year 2020, tourism in India could add another INR 8,50,000 Crores to the GDP. India has still not realized its full potential from tourism. The travel and tourism industry holds tremendous potential for India’s economy. It can provide impetus to other industries and create millions of new jobs.


This 10 months course prepares you for career in Hospitality, Travel and Service Industry. The modules in this course train you to learn basics of Hospitality and Tours and Travel. The subjects like conversational English, Hotel Reservation system, Ticketing and other e-basics.

Duration: 10 Months (5 days a week)

Minimum Qualification: 10+2 /Under Graduate/Graduate

Eligibility Age: 17-24 Years.
